Callbox was founded in 2004, and rooted its core service, lead generation, in downtown Los Angeles. The modest office was staffed by a handful of telemarketers who then used VOIP and telephone directories to book appointments for clients.
Back then, new clients come in periods that one may count by his fingers. But the steady increase in our client base eventually filled the small nook with more agents to work for increasing number of campaigns, which brought us across continents and put up a bigger call center facility in the Philippines. Soon enough, additional operation centers in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and the UK.
The Red Dot Inception
In February 2009, the Callbox Singapore office was incorporated. However, two years before the official launch, Callbox had already been booking appointments and generating leads for clients in the Lion City, from its Philippines site.
We started out small, but we dreamed big and worked harder.
More than a decade past, awards and recognition received, we have become a global sales and marketing solutions provider with more than 700 full-time employees and serving over 6,000 clients worldwide.
