The Challenge

The client set their sights on accelerating growth in Singapore’s competitive IT market to capture increasing demand for cloud modernisation and cybersecurity solutions. However, their in-house sales team struggled to generate consistent qualified leads and lacked the structured outbound strategy needed to penetrate enterprise accounts effectively, resulting in slow pipeline development and limited engagement with key decision-makers.

The master contact list was segmented based on these buyer personas and categorised by industry and business size.
